Fall Beaded Garland For Our Cozy Book Nook
Who else is in “let’s make everything cozy” mode? September is my absolute favorite month. It’s still warm mid-day, but the mornings and evenings are crips. I get to start and end the day in a cozy sweatshirt and slippers. That’s my kind of perfect.
The minute September hits, I want to light all the candles and fill my home with cozy fall decor. So yesterday, I did just that. In our little homeschool room, with an easy to make fall beaded garland.
I shared a fun IG Reel on how I made this garland. Click to see the reel.
Overall this was beyond easy!
And if you want to know how we made these bookshelves, head on over to this post where we show how we did it.

Fall Beaded Garland
This easy-to-make fall garland adds that cozy autumn touch to any space.
Materials
- Wooden beads
- Jute
- Fall paint colors of your choice
- Leaves, fake or real. I plucked some leaves off our Magnolia tree
Tools
- Hot glue gun
Instructions
Cut jute string to the garland size of your preference.
Paint wooden beads the fall colors of your choice. Or, if you want to make more of a muted colored garland, leave them the beautiful wood color that they are.
Paint leaves if you plucked green ones off a green like us. If you have fall foilage outside already or you purchased faux leaves, you're good to go.
Once you have all items ready to go, string them on your garland, and attach them to their spots with hot glue. If you want to knot the beads, that's also an option.
And that's it! How easy right? It's the perfect amount of fall to cozy up any space!
