Meet Eryn
Welcome friend! Step on into my 100-year old Farmhouse. I’ll make the coffee, you get cozy.

Hi, I’m Eryn! In my little kitchen, nestled in 120 acres of Tennessee woods, I spend my days creating recipes, growing food, and embracing the beauty of a simple, purposeful life.
Like you, I’m no stranger to making do with what I have. My kitchen is in dire need of a renovation after years of neglect, but that hasn’t stopped me from turning out countless jars of home-canned goodness, sourdough loaves, and homemade treats. If I can create nourishing, from-scratch meals here, I know you can too—no matter what life may currently look like!
I hope this space encourages you to slow down, savor the process, and discover that living a whole foods lifestyle is possible for everyone.
A Life Rooted in Dreams
After growing up on a farm, my heart has always been in the country. But for 12 years, my husband (a Seattle boy) and I built our life on the Easter side of Washington State, complete with backyard chickens and gardens. We loved every moment, but we knew we wanted more space to grow our dreams.
That dream came true when we moved to Tennessee in 2022 and found this beautiful, old farmhouse surrounded by woods and rolling hills. It’s not fancy, but it’s home. Here, I’ve embraced the joy of watching my kids grow up the way I did—learning to work with their hands, cook from scratch, and find meaning in the everyday.
Fun Facts About Me

Here’s a little peek behind the scenes of our farm life:
- My Jersey cow Lilac is the queen of our farm! After years of praying and dreaming, we brought her home, and she’s every bit as wonderful as I’d hoped. Watching her graze alongside Beau, our rescue pony, makes my heart sing.
- I love birds, a passion I inherited from my Grandma Judy, who kept everything from Emus and Rheas to Ostriches and Peacocks. I’m still on the hunt to add peacocks to our growing flock of geese, chickens, ducks, and guineas!
- Horses are my first love. I grew up riding Arabians and competing in western gaming and barrel racing. Those lessons taught me grit, patience, and a deep respect for animals—values I still carry today.
