Hobnail and Stained Glass Goblets and Cups | My Favorites
I have a glass obsession. And hobnail glassware is a new part of it.
I only learned what hobnail was the other day when I purchased these little beauties.
Aren’t they gorgeous? This goblet is from the new Martha Stewart line at Fred Meyer. Sadly, Fred Meyer is behind the times on allowing people to purchase items online. This beauty is only available in store. So, I suggest you check it out on your next trip to a local Kroger.
However, since I can’t link those, I thought I’d give a rundown on all my favorites available online. Some I’ve purchased, others I want. From the cutest little glass bee cups, that would be perfect for my little ones, to more hobnail goblets and other colored vintage glasses. Grab some of these and start your own collection. It’s such a fun pop of color and design you can use every day and for special occasions!
I’ve had the glasses below for going on two years now. Originally I used them for my Valentine’s Mimosa bar. They’re especially fun to pull out in the spring.
Glassware is something that’s special to me because with care, it will last several lifetimes. It’s something I can use to make memories with the kids. Ice cream floats. Fancy lunchtime just because. Christmas dinner with sparkling cider.
And then one day, I can pass them down.
And they’ll always be able to look at those cups and memories will come flooding back. And then they can pass them down to their kids. It’s special things like that I think of when adding to my glass collection. I love the stories attached to things, it elevates them from items to treasures.
