Who else constantly struggles to get enough protein in their daily diet? It’s one of my biggest eating issues. Why can’t chips and salsa have more protein? (She says with a whine.) Thankfully, I’ve learned a few tricks to keep my protein up throughout the day, and one of those ways is with this delish chocolate protein snack.
You read that right: Chocolate protein snack.
It’s going to brighten your day. And keep you full. Trust me.
All you need is five core ingredients
- NOW® whey protein chocolate powder
- 1 Tbsp nut butter of choice
- 3/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt
- Better Stevia Organic Extract Powder
- Better Stevia Chia Spice
- Optional dark chocolate pieces for garnish

Simply take the above ingredients, add them to a bowl and mix! I find that about 1/8th a teaspoon works well for the Better Stevia powder, and around 3-4 drops of the Chia Spice. They also have pumpkin spice and many other options so make sure to check them out!
