Prep Grapes: Freeze seedless grapes flat on a baking sheet for 4 hours or overnight until frozen solid.
Combine: Add frozen grapes, raw honey, fresh lemon juice, and pinch of salt to a food processor or high-speed blender.
Blend: Pulse and blend on high for 2 to 3 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides with a spatula as needed, until smooth and creamy like soft-serve. (Add 1 tablespoon grape juice if needed to help blend).
Serve: Scoop immediately into chilled bowls, or transfer to a container and freeze for 1 to 2 hours for a firmer, scoopable sorbet.
Notes
Dairy-Free & Vegan: Naturally dairy-free! Use maple syrup instead of honey for a 100% vegan sorbet.
Re-Softening Leftovers: Homemade sorbet freezes firm solid. Let frozen leftovers sit on the counter for 20–30 minutes before scooping, or re-blend briefly in the food processor to restore creaminess.
