No Bake Nut Butter Protein Squares

These yummy squares are easy to make, filling, protein-rich, and hit the spot. Make them and freeze for a perfect pick me up anytime.

- 1.5 cups NOW rolled oats
- 1/2 cup NOW creamy chocolate whey protein powder
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips mini works best
- 3/4 cup NOW nut butter of choice
- 4 Tbsp NOW Manuka honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp NOW date sugar not necessary but recommended!
- 1.5 Tbsp water
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir until mixed. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 pan and press down evenly. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Remove from freezer, and cut into 1.5 inch squares. Placed in a container and put back in fridge or freezer. Keep for up to two weeks in the fridge or three months in the freezer. I doubt they’ll last that long though!
