This grape gelato comes together in minutes with frozen grapes, and is the perfect healthy sweet treat when you're craving something sugary.

Ingredients
3
cups
frozen grapes
color of choice
2
Tablespoons
local
raw honey
dash of salt
squeeze of fresh lemon
about 2 teaspoons
Instructions
In blender, add frozen grapes, and all other ingredients on top.
Begin pulsing until everything starts to incorporate.
Scrape sides continue pulsing until grapes take on the consistency of soft serve icecream.
Serve immedietly. Scoop into dishes and enjoy right away.
Can freeze for up to 7 days, but will have to let set out on counter to thaw for 30-45 minutes, or return to blender.
Optional garnish with mint leaves and/or grated lemon peel.
