Add frozen grapes, honey, lemon juice, and salt to a blender or food processor.
Pulse until the mixture begins to come together, scraping down the sides as needed.
Continue blending until the texture is creamy and smooth, like soft-serve.
Serve immediately or transfer to a container and freeze for up to 7 days. If frozen solid, let it sit at room temp for 30–45 minutes or re-blend to restore creaminess.
Optional: Top with fresh mint or grated lemon zest.
