These chocolatey cookies are the perfect chocolate fix and so eays to make. Use the different flavored chips, or go chocolate chips in the chocolate dough. Whatever you choose, you can't go wrong with these sure to hit the spot cookies.
Preheat oven to 350, line a baking sheet with partchment paper.
In a stand mixer or glass bowl if making by hand, cream together butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla and mix again.
Once wet ingredients are whipped together, in a seperate bowl incorporate the baking soda, salt, cocoa powder and flour together. Begin to slowly add it to the wet ingredients until dough pulls away from side of mixer.
Immedietly take dough adn roll into 1″ balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
To have the chips pop, press them into the top of the cookie dough balls. Bake at 350 for 9 minutes. Tap on counter when done to deflate. Once cool, drizzle some with white chocolate if wanted!
Store in airtight contianer for 5 days, but good luck having them last that long!
