2tablespoonschopped fresh herbsdill, chives, or parsley
½cupparmesan cheese
½teaspoonsalt + black pepper to taste

Instructions
Grate zucchini and place in a large bowl. Add ½ teaspoon salt and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
