Ranch Dressing Mix

This healthy, delicious ranch dressing mix is the perfect thing to have on hand to make ranch dip, ranch dressing, and to season meats and veggies. It would also make a great popcorn seasoning!

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup powdered buttermilk
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 3 Tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon Dill
  • 2 Tablespoons dried chives
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, add together all ingredients and stir to combine.
  • To make into a Ranch Dip: Add 3 Tablespoons mix to 1 cup sour cream. Mix to incorporate and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to rehydrate herbs in mix and meld all flavors
  • To make into Ranch dressing: Add 3 Tablespoons into 1 cup mayonnaise and I cup milk. If you want a more creamy, thick dressing, reduce the milk by half. Place in fridge for 3-6 hours to rehydrate herbs and meld flavors.

Notes

Dry mix can be stored in a cool, dark place for up to 3-6 months. If the weather is hot and humid, to prevent from caking together, keep dry mix in fridge.
