Put two cups of water in a saucepan to boil. While water is heating slice ginger into thin pieces, add to water. Let boil for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Once cool strain into quart jar. Add 1/2 cup lemon juice, and fill remainder of jar with water.
Refrigerate for up to one week.
Use 1/2 cup at a time to a quart jar of water.
Notes
Add stevia to sweeten drink if desired. Also turmeric is a great addition if you want to try!
