Lemon Ginger Detox Drink

Stays good in fridge for one week. Use 1/2 cup of concentrate to one quart of water. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 piece large ginger
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups filtered water

Instructions
 

  • Put two cups of water in a saucepan to boil. While water is heating slice ginger into thin pieces, add to water. Let boil for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  • Once cool strain into quart jar. Add 1/2 cup lemon juice, and fill remainder of jar with water.
  • Refrigerate for up to one week.
  • Use 1/2 cup at a time to a quart jar of water.

Notes

Add stevia to sweeten drink if desired. Also turmeric is a great addition if you want to try!
